ROBOTLA TECH Warranty Policy
At ROBOLTA TECH, customer satisfaction is our priority, and we’re committed to providing you with the best service and support for our products. If you’ve received a defective or damaged product, or if it is not as described, we offer a replacement at no extra cost. Please report the issue in writing to support@robolta.com or call our help desk within 2 days of delivery for a quick resolution.
Warranty Terms
All products sold by ROBOLTA TECH are warranted against defects in design, workmanship, and materials for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase (6 months for the battery), as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the warranty card or product listing on the website.
Replacement Warranty
We strive to provide a replacement warranty for products purchased within 2 days from the date of purchase and delivery if used within the specified regions. After 2 days, a Repair Warranty applies, except for products specified by ROBOLTA TECH separately.
For defective or dead-on-arrival products, customers must notify support@robolta.com within 2 days. After this period, the warranty will be at the discretion of ROBOLTA TECH, and may result in credit, replacement, or repair.
Technical Support and Warranty Claim Process
To resolve issues quickly, customers should first consult the troubleshooting steps provided in the user manual or visit our website at www.roboltatech.com for helpful resources. If the issue persists, customers can contact ROBOLTA TECH at support@robolta.com for return authorization.
When contacting support, please provide the following information for faster processing:
- Invoice/Docket Number
- Name and Address
- Product Name and Model Number
- Description of the Fault
Upon confirmation from the ROBOLTA TECH warranty department, please return the product with proper packaging to the specified address. Our technicians will inspect and process the warranty claim.
Repair Warranty Terms
For any defects noticed, the customer must notify ROBOLTA TECH or its authorized agents in writing promptly and allow adequate time for inspection and resolution. The inspection and test report will be binding, and the product must be deposited with the nearest ROBOLTA TECH office along with the original invoice.
In cases where defective parts are replaced, they will be retained by ROBOLTA TECH. The warranty is valid only for defects that occur under normal operation and use.
Exclusions from Warranty:
- Damage caused by negligence, misuse, faulty care, or maintenance.
- Damage caused by electrical issues such as lightning or power surges.
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications.
Battery Warranty Policy
Battery warranty is valid according to the specifications on our website. If the battery encounters issues within the warranty period, it will be replaced at no extra cost, including transportation. However, after the warranty period, any battery-related issues will be subject to service charges. Unauthorized attempts to diagnose or fix the battery will void the warranty.
Post-Warranty Service
After the warranty period, customers can opt for annual maintenance contracts (AMC) or contact our service centers for repairs at a charge for labor and spare parts.
General Terms and Conditions
- The warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
- ROBOLTA TECH’s liability is limited to the first sale of the product and is not extended to secondary sales.
- The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or consumables like filters and accessories.
- The warranty is only valid for domestic use and must be followed under standard climatic conditions.
